First and last  northern records: 18 Sep. and 14 Oct.  at Virginia, St. Louis County, Vera  Barrows. Miss Mathilda Henkel reports  them in Goodhue County from  8 to 25 Oct. Dean Honetschlager saw  them on 3 Oct. in Washington County.  In the southern part of the state,  the Avifauna! Club saw many on 1  Oct. near Windom, Cottonwood County  and Heron Lake. Seen again on 12  Oct. at north end of Lake Traverse. |
