2014Winter1 Present (max. 4) near Canal Park and the Duluth Harbor through most of the winter season. Occurrences of this hybrid have not been regularly included in these seasonal reports in the past, but we plan to do so in the future.
2015Spring1 Drake found associating with hen American Black Duck 3/23 Scott (Veterans Park, Shakopee) ph. SBn.
2015Winter26 By far the most reports of this hybrid were from St. Louis (Duluth), with as many as five from Canal Park m.ob. South reports, all of 1–2 individuals, were from Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Wright.
2016Spring11 Two reports: 3/27 Carver JCy, 4/9 Mille Lacs (5) PEJ.
2016Fall3 All south 11/20 Hennepin (Long-Meadow Lake) PEJ, 11/25 Ramsey (Vadnais Park) KnM, 11/26 Wabasha (Pool #5) PEJ.
2016Winter24 Most reports of this hybrid were from St. Louis (Duluth), with up to three found throughout the season. Another north report in late December from Otter Tail. South reports were from Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, Scott.
2017Fall1 One south report 11/12 Carver BAb.
2017Winter23 Most reports of this hybrid were from St. Louis (Duluth) from throughout the season of 1–4 birds m.ob. Other reports (singles) from Hennepin, Otter Tail, Ramsey, Scott.
2018Spring11 Two reports: 3/15 Hennepin CMB, 5/28 Pennington BAb.
2018Summer1 Reported 6/8 Stearns (Albany W.T.P.) PCC.
2018Fall2 All south 10/14–21 Ramsey BAb, IVa, 10/24–11/23 Wabasha (Pool #5) PEJ.
2018Winter13 Reported from Dakota, Hennepin, Scott, and St. Louis, with a high count 12/11 St. Louis (10, Duluth) KRE. South reports were singles.
